Here’s A New ‘Transformers: the Last Knight’ International Trailer

A new international trailer for Transformers: The Last Knight has been released online. Once again directed by Michael Bay, the films deals with the Transformers, the Arthurian legend, and the creators of Cybertron, and of course, the fate of humanity itself. The trailer is choke-full of Bayisms, i.e., some typical stuff you get to see in a Bay Transformer movie.

We start off with  Jerrod Carmichael‘s character who seems to be the comic relief for the film. His acting is reminiscent of Shia’s at times and instead of talking to Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg) is shouting his lines. Like I said, the usual stuff. We also get to see more of Grimlock, the Dinobot we last met in the closing moments of Transformers: Age of Extinction.

The rest of the trailer features heavy action and one scene in particular regarding Bumblebee which will make you think “Is he unkillable?”

Read the official synopsis for the film below:

The Last Knight shatters the core myths of the Transformers franchise, and redefines what it means to be a hero. Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg); Bumblebee; an English Lord (Sir Anthony Hopkins); and an Oxford Professor (Laura Haddock). There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will.

There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours.
