After a long long wait, we have our first trailer for The Justice League. The film marks the first time ever that the DC heroes join forces on the big screen to protect the Earth from otherworldly danger.
After the death of Superman, the Earth is left without a powerful defender. Bruce Wayne, now certain that a big threat is headed their way is out searching meta-humans for help, to forge an alliance to save the planet if the need arises. Helping him out with this is none other Diana Prince. We are then introduced to the heroes one by one as we see them take on the Parademons we last saw in Batman v Superman.
The trailer is fairly well done, but this is one thing one could say about all DC movies so far. The tonal change is very much noticeable. While Batman v Superman marketing pushed the “heaviness” of the film, the Justice League trailer keeps it light with the quips, especially from Batman. How well this will reflect on the final cut is yet to be seen.
