New ‘Wonder Woman’ Trailer Focuses On The Origin Of Diana

Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for their upcoming superhero (or heroine) effort Wonder Woman which tells the origin of the iconic female character played once again Gal Gadot.

The trailer begins with Princess Diana gazing at the sword of Athena and being completely amazed by it. Her mother Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen) wants her to be trained for battle. When the time comes Diana leaves for man’s world in an effort to rescue it.

Overall the trailer is slowly paced compared to the previous ones and focuses more on character and story building than swashbuckling action.
