Watch The Origin Story of McDonald’s In New ‘The Founder’ Trailer

The second trailer for the biopic The Founder has been released online by The Weinstein Company. The film chronicles the life of Ray Kroc, the man behind taking McDonald’s, a small restaurant owned by brothers Mac and Dick McDonald to a major fast food chain as we know it today.

After two years of back to back success with small scale indie films, Michael Keaton is back on the big screen as the lead in The Founder. The film was originally slated for an August 2016 release opening against superhero juggernaut Suicide Squad, but was then was pushed back to December eyeing the awards season.

The trailer is very short compared to the first one released all the way back in April this year. Story-wise it doesn’t offer anything distinctly newer. If anything, it feels like a shorter re-cut of the original trailer.
