Lucasfilm has released a new TV spot for Rogue One. The film tells the story of the band of rebels who stole the plans of the first Death Star sometime before Episode 4. The band is led by rebel Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones).
The new spot brings back Vader as the largely looming threat he is always in the universe with his breathe running throughout the course of the trailer. Lucasfilm has so far used him sparingly in the promos by giving us just a shot or two in all trailers. The TV spot confirms that the Sith Lord will still be a large threat at hand but do not get your hopes up as we will probably see him sparingly in the film.
We also get a good look at what could possibly be Peter Cushing‘s Grand Moff Tarkin who we also saw in the previous trailer. It was confirmed last year the character will appear in the film via CG. For those unfamiliar with the character, Tarkin was the commander of the Death Star who got wiped out along with it in Episode 4.
