Watch Out For The Wolf Pack In The Latest ‘Storks’ Trailer

Warner Bros. have released the third trailer for their upcoming animated adventure Storks online. The feature is based on the age old myth of storks delivering babies to their families.

The storks have changed their business model over the years and are now acting as a delivery service for an e-commerce giant. But when one day, when the Baby Making Machine is accidentally activated and a child is born, it is up to Junior, the top delivery stork to deliver the baby to its new home along with his human friend Tulip.

The previous trailer, released a couple of days back definitely had me with the cuteness factor. This trailer doubles up on it easily, and the standout stars of the trailer are none of the leads but a pack of wolves. Tulip and the Gardner family add to the emotional edge of the film.

2016 has been so far great for animated movies at the box-office. Disney’s Zootopia and Pixar’s Finding Dory have made a giant killing at the box-office with the recently released Secret Life of Pets also staying strong. The same however, cannot be said for Ice Age: Collision Course of course!

The film is directed by Nicholas Stoller and Doug Sweetland. Stoller directed one of the better comedies of 2014, Neighbors and has been a well known writer for films such as Muppets, Muppets Most WantedZoolander 2 and Yes Man. Stoller is joined by co-director Doug Sweetland who directed the Pixar animated short Presto (2008) and has been an animator on numerous Pixar projects. The film will feature the voices of actors Andy Samberg, Katie Crown, Kelsey Grammer, Jennifer Aniston, Ty Burrell ,Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele and Danny Trejo.

Storks will be flying into your nearest theater on  September 23, 2016.

Here’s the official synopsis for the film:

Storks deliver babies…or at least they used to. Now they deliver packages for global internet giant Cornerstore.com. Junior, the company’s top delivery stork, is about to be promoted when he accidentally activates the Baby Making Machine, producing an adorable and wholly unauthorized baby girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble before the boss gets wise, Junior and his friend Tulip, the only human on Stork Mountain, race to make their first-ever baby drop – in a wild and revealing journey that could make more than one family whole and restore the storks’ true mission in the world.
