Daniel Radcliffe Infiltrates Neo-Nazis In ‘Imperium’ Trailer

After defeating a nazi-esque army himself in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, Daniel Radcliffe is now forced to join them. Lionsgate has released the official trailer for their upcoming thriller, Imperium.

The film stars Radcliffe and Toni Collette in the lead as two FBI officers trying to take down a neo-nazi group. Radcliffe has to go undercover and infiltrate the group which takes a toll on him. As per Independent Imperium takes direct inspiration from the true accounts of federal agent Michael German, who’s time undercover in white supremacist groups led him to co-writing the Imperium screenplay with director Daniel Ragussis, who here makes his directorial debut.

Radcliffe for a long time has been doing films that will help him to lose his Harry Potter image with acting in Horns, Kill Your Darlings and The Woman in Black. And Imperium is certainly the kind of gritty film which will help his cause further.
