‘Bleed For This’ Trailer: Miles Teller Leads Boxing Biopic

It is that time of the year again? You know, the one when boxing movies come out. Last year, Creed certainly won the heart of many people with opening a new chapter in the Rocky franchise. And now we have another boxing film heading our way, albeit based on a true story.

The first trailer for Bleed For This has been released online. The film is based on the true story of Vinny “The Pazmanian Devil” Pazienza, a local Providence boxer. Pazienza was a world title holder before meeting with an accident that severely damaged his spine. The film will tell the story of his return to the ring.

Miles Teller stars as Vinny after garnering acclaim with 2014’s WhiplashHe would certainly want this to be another big achievement on his résumé after a very forgetful turn in Fantastic 4 (or Fant4stic). Teller is certainly letting himself slide into the role as it took a while to even identify him in the first place.
