20th Century Fox has released the first clip from their upcoming superhero released X-Men: Apocalypse. Set in the 80’s and continuing the storyline that first began in First Class and then Days of Future Past. The X-Men now face their biggest threat yet in Apocalypse.
The clip discusses the origins of the ancient mutant god. Apocalypse was the first mutant ever known to man called En Sabah Nur (translated to The First One). We got a glimpse of him building the Egyptian pyramids in the post credit scene of Days of Future Past. The scene then moves on to see the characters discuss the references pointing to this ancient being all throughout history, even in the bible.

Bryan Singer directs his fourth entry in the X-Men franchise. The film stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn, Lucas Till, Evan Peters, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Alexandra Shipp, Josh Helman, Lana Condor, and Ben Hardy.

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god.
