Sony has released a new character featurette for Chris Hemsworth‘s character Kevin in the upcoming Ghostbusters reboot. In the gender reversal of roles from the 1984 original, Hemsworth’s character will be the secretary to the four female Ghostbusters.
In the featurette we are given a little background on the character. Hemsworth describes his character as a “big dumb puppy dog”. This is surely a much different take on the secretary seen in the original where Annie Potts played Jenine as a cynical but smart woman. The actors also talk about Chris’ comedic talent and his behaviour with everyone on set and how was as such a positive energy.
