The first trailer for Genius has hit the web. The Roadside Entertainment and Lionsgate production is based on the Pulitzer Prize winning biography by A. Scott Berg which chronicles the relation of Max Perkins, the editor credited with being the driving force of success behind writers like Ernest Hemingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald with another literary giant Thomas Wolfe.
The trailer portrays the leads Firth and Law as very similar. Wolfe has gone a bit too far to get his work published and both he and Perkins have become workaholics whose personal and family lives are currently at a low point.
